@kelseynicole222: Sept 29th 2026, Kevin Reddington shifted his strategy arguing that the prosecution failed to prove she actually killed her three children. Kevin filed a motion for a required finding of not guilty. He also argued that the states case relied on speculation and lacked direct evidence noting she has no memory of the events that took place. District attorney Timothy Cruz are still deciding on whether to seek a retrial, give lesser charges or drop the case entirely. Co-Defense attorney Martin Weinberg argued a separate motion to drop the case entirely on double jeopardy grounds, claiming the judge should have NOT declared a mistrial and that a second trial would violate Lindsay’s constitutional rights. Judge Sullivan took the arguments under advisement and postponed the case until November 2nd 2026.
