The passing out thing is so weird to me. My theory is that maybe she didn’t fully understand that what was happening could still be rape because she originally consented and it wasn’t the stereotypical idea of rape. When I was raped, I initially said yes but changed my mind and said no before anything happened. For a while, I didn’t consider it rape one reason was because I thought rape had to involve extreme force or being unconscious. Maybe she felt violated but thought her initial consent meant it wasn’t rape. Almost like she needed a reason to justify feeling violated and validate what she was already experiencing. Also doesn’t help that more guys kept coming into the room. Idk that’s a very weird thing to say though but ig you never know until you’re in that situation?!? Such a hard case to form an opinion on

so. when you do the initial report there are often men who in positions of authority who are actively dismissing you and verbally simplifying what you're saying back to you in a degrading way, shaming you, being passive aggressive, intimidating you, there has been a lot of documentation about this type of statement being obtained in ways that render it less than accurate - just saying

Your the 1st person I've seen on this case who actually did research before speaking or before letting your personal feelings affect what you're gonna say. I feel like so many women here about these cases like this and automatically defend the woman, when I personally knew girls who would lie weeks after something had happened. Just because the guy made them upset, or didn't wanna date her,or made her feel stupid for hooking up w him. so they ( i say they bc Ive seen it happen more than 1 or 2x in my life) That's when the girls story changed from partying n hooking up to "he graped me and it was tramatic". I am not saying that is what happened with this. Just dont believe something based off the majority of ppls opinions on TikTok, who are only giving the most recent statement, not including what SHE actually said happened in the beginning.
