$450.salon treatment but she hasn't washed her elbows since IDK how long it takes elbows to b 3" thick of black crud & dirt & I'm not referring to skin natural pigmentation I'm talking dirt,crud, & whatever it takes to get a dark true black color like in this vid. prople homeless for yrs haven't accomplished this amount of needing a brillo pad & soak in bleach I really don't know what it would take to clean this I'm afraid what her knees & ankles look like. Pretty nails don't make this acceptable or un-noticed
