And I’m over here like… can we maybe not automate the parts that make people like us? 😭 There are three things I’d fight to keep human: Your point of view. Your customer conversations. And that last little 10% where something goes from “technically fine” to “oh… that actually sounds like YOU.” Because yes, use AI. Yes, automate the repetitive stuff. Yes, save yourself time. But if every opinion, every reply, every sentence, every customer interaction starts sounding like it came out of the same machine… what exactly are people supposed to remember? That’s the part I think people are missing. The more AI gets used, the more valuable actual human thinking gets. The weird opinion. The strong standard. The story.
