@daisy.does.footba: After a day of her school team football tournament and her street dance class her knee is sore again. It beginning to upset her because she is just not able to do what she could before because of the pain. Overcompensating for the knee has hurt her groin and now she also has that to deal with. We have to continue to scale back what we can to reduce the load so she can still play matches but it’s hard because she wants to train and play with her friends. The tape and ice packs are going to be a permanent fixture for a while. #injury #footballinjury #injured #footballgirl #injuryrecoveryprogress
