Ran for the first time in years with zero assistance because I was scared a friend was gonna hurt himself. I'm disabled. Standing up too long hurts, and I can sprain ankles from walking very easily. Somehow. I sprinted. Adrenaline is scary as hell.

I got a 70 year old woman out of a burning car. Everyone was just standing around it while it was smoking “she won’t get out” the door was stuck and she was out of it. I ripped it off pulled her out. And then I went back in for her purse.

I got stabbed three times by a random woman. I bled out while walking home. I held my organs and causally walked home. I told my neighbor hi, walked inside; and said to my mom “hey can you take me to the hospital? I’m kinda dying a little”. I was 13

I was a waitress bring drinks back to my table. Walked past a guy who was choking on his food. I did the Heimlich maneuver…. Saved him (he was turning blue). He tipped me $100. I don’t know the Heimlich maneuver

Husband is 6’1 and 220 lbs. he had a medical emergency and I was able to pick him up and put him in a safer position. Not sure how I did it. Super wife strength

When I was 16 I was with 5 boys who all decided to take (d)rugs from a bag they ordered online 🙄 one by one they all started overdosing on the floor, convulsions ,the whole thing. Here I am alone, 16, coordinating 5 overdoses at once, all double my weight, making sure they don’t die and paramedics are 20 minutes away. Im a nurse now and i still dk how I handled that

it was about 1am everyone in the house was sleep. i was chewing on the small round piece that connects to the top of a plastic water bottle…i was laughing at something and inhaled it i couldn’t breathe at all i could only barely inhale, something to me to “COUGH NOW” i immediately coughed and it flew out. i had about 30 secs until i was dead

I was riding my quad with my cousin on the back and took a corner too sharp and rolled it onto her ankle the quad was sideways, i was 11 at the time and was able to lift it up off her ankle and get it back up

not me but a girl learnt about angina in her health and social care class. then i think a few days or weeks later, her mum started acting weird. the girl recognosed the symptoms from what she learnt in class, managed to call the hospital saying that ber mum was very likely having an angina attack, they tested her and looked at her ecg and saw that it really was! and that she saved her mum's life! they thought she was a medical student by how quick she managed to catch it and act on it

Almost drowned when I was 6 or something in a pool, no one noticed except my cousin but she noticed right when I was able to grab a pool floatie nearby even when it was a bit far. No idea how I did it I didn’t even know how to swim that well.
