@themercedesfall: There was a time when I would’ve viewed getting a job as taking a step backward. But I’m learning not to staying married to plans that aren’t working in a season can be more of a delay than just pivoting. And I can grieve the change without assuming the transition means I’ve failed. The name of the game is trust. Trust Him in the transition. Trust Him in the “no.” Trust Him in the pain. Trust Him when obedience looks different than you imagined. Getting a job doesn’t mean the vision God gave you is canceled. He may be asking something different of you right now. Or He may be asking you to do both: show up for the job AND keep building the vision. I don’t have to understand the whole plan to take the next faithful step. 🤍 #entrepreneurship #motherhood #postpartum
