They make people file charges themselves with the court, and either a warrant t or summons is issued. MD is now considering having the complaints forwarded to the SAO for review to prevent people being falsely arrested on a warrant.

Well here in Oklahoma all you have to say is you were assaulted and your fucked and then thousands and thousands of attorney fees and then you plea guilty because the attorney talks you into it or you go to jail for a year or so
