@bookswithmyles: Angel Down by Daniel Kraus was so good. This story embodies what it was like during this specific time period being WW1. I was a bit skeptical about reading this because the story is told in one long sentence, however it grabs you and doesn’t let go. The characters are so complex and the overall text was beautifully done. Check it out and let me know what you think about it🙏🏾📚 #BookTok #BookRecommendations #historicalfiction #angeldown

An Amazing book, beautiful writing, hideous horrors of war and deeply human. The one long sentence didn’t get in the way, it just keeps driving the story forward.
