Today, it’s home to the rising Cipriani Residences Miami — Mast Capital’s 80-story, 397-residence tower and Cipriani’s first ground-up residential development in the U.S. Mast acquired the 2.8-acre development site for $103 million in 2021 and later secured $600 million in construction financing to bring the project to life.
