I have up to 70 kids on one of my routes and they were having a hard time finding and staying in their assigned seats. I bought a box of 150 small toys for $10 and I call a name every day and on good days I’ll call 2. They raise their hand and yell out what seat they are in, if they are in the right seat they pick a prize as they get off the bus. It’s cut my loading time in half. Best $10 Ive spent
