A week ago he sent a message saying basically hi how are you? Sorry I didn’t get back to you. Hope you’re good. I responded with. Hi how are you? He said good busy day tomorrow. Getting ready for bed. I said OK maybe we can talk another time. Five days later another sorry I didn’t get back to you. I hope you’re doing good. Replied with I’m good how are you. And it’s been another 24 hours since he’s replied. His tone is different. He sounds nervous or anxious. He usually comes off as very confident. I’m not going to send a message, but what do I say when the next one comes?

2 year relationship. we both have kids from past marriage. he said he didn't want another family- i had to say goodbye even though we didn't want to. he said he still loved me. 6 weeks later he went back to his ex wife. 3 months after that he said "if i could do it again I'd choose you" WHAT?!?

we met almost 3 months after break up and talked about trying again. I told him I’m not going to chase, if he wants space I will give it but if he wants to talk he has to reach. he did, and then he started breadcrumbing. I had a really really shitty week and mentioned it to him, he asked what happened and I kinda let it all out. he left that on read. so now idk what to do?

I set a boundary. Come to find out she's now watching my FB stories - that she unblocked me to see. Pretty much daily. I even posted one saying it was funny being stalked. Hasn't stopped but hasn't reached out any other way. Just ... watching me? Seems utterly pointless. [Laugh approved]

Hey Mack I wanted to thank you for helping me during a hard point of my life this past year. My avoidant never came back or reached out. I actually never saw or talked to her ever again, but these videos did help me calm my nervous system down and move on.

After 3 months the breadcrumbs came, i either ignored it or matched with a short reply and one months later he is wanting a relationship again, im still holding back until we have that boundary talk .. he shows signs of change without me asking yet but still he has to have that talk with me first and we’ll see how that goes

I work with mine and he likes to send questions that he doesn't need to ask me, which definitely feel like breadcrumbs. But it's "work related" so ...it's an extra fun thing to navigate!
