overall not so good, not clean, too much flux and powder that he didn't clean out of the divots with a wire wheel, every time you should clean it up, and since it's a rusted piece of metal and you didn't clean the area up around it you should be running 6010s instead of 7018s they are more for rusty material and dirty environments and getting that root, Rust, mill scale, and dirt will completely ruin a 7018 weld, causing internal pockets of gas (porosity). A 6010 rod features a high-cellulose organic coating that creates a violent, deeply penetrating arc capable of burning right through surface contamination.
