For real, also when a company wants to collab dont settle for only the free stuff!! Ask them to pay for how long the vid/content is posted

Low key this is my sign to stop doing gifted collabs (sometimes if the product is rlly shit I don’t even make videos for them because I’m not promoting garbage)

not sure if you mentioned bc i can’t hear the video rn (in uni) but ko-fi is so good even for smaller follower-bases 🙂↕️i’ve made about £62 this week from photosets (all sfw) and it’s a great way to just get some extra cash as a cosplayer

i had 2 companies reach out to me, they want to send me jewellery and i have to pay shipping, but I'm from third world country so it's too expensive for me 😿also I'm not into their jewellery style so i didn't take the offer... was it a bad idea?

How did you go about offering Photo Editing for cosplayers? I was thinking about doing it through Ko-Fi bc so many people have complained about Etsy. But idk what a fair rate would be or what kind of editing people are looking for 😭

I got collaborations and affiliate stuff and everything and I got paid a few times but when it comes to getting people to buy thru my links that never works 😭 no one buys, the only thing ppl have bought for/from me is from my online shop (merch) and my throne wishlist 🥹

agree to all this. i make majority 90% of revenue through tiktok rewards for making 1+ min videos. For myself, it's harder to get brand deals or collabs for beauty or cosplay companies because I'm not exactly a marketing man (im short, scrawny, and females can cosplay the twink men better than I can usually) But there's always a way to make some money. Having followers definitely helps though and should be 100% the focus. However it takes very very long and people have to be patient. I took me 8 years to get to 97k and I started in 2018
