I looked myself hard in the mirror after I had my second daughter and said I need to be the dad where my girls know I got their back no matter what the situation is and alcohol doesn’t seem to mix with that glad I stopped over a year ago

As a gen x er , i find it amazing how my generation is just unable to do anything social without consuming alcohol. I bought in for decades of my life but it just makes no sense. Wish I changed sooner.
