I’m too scared to try it. Just had my gallbladder removed and now started my own health journey naturally

Sometimes they don’t work for everyone. It’s ok. There are other meds that are in the pipeline. Shit happens. Don’t worry if they don’t work, they don’t. You can’t beat yourself up.

Have you tried different injection sites? Some people swear jabbing the leg is fine for them, but if they jab the belly they get sick.

It’s normal. At least for me. The nausea will get better. I have been hospitalized as well. It really is sucky. I hope it gets better.

I lost 30lbs within a couple months then stalled out. I'm currently trying to change from wegovy to zepbound but my insurance is making me try saxenda first.

I don’t think you are alone. I went from 280 to 200 over the last 2 years without the shot, but I stalled HARD for the last 6 months, so I asked my doctor about the shot. Because I currently have some stomach issues, she did not want me to take the shot because she said it’s going to make my stomach issues worse! My parents & my sister are on Zepbound or Triz? They swear that shot gives the least amount of stomach problems, has to be in the thigh not stomach, & you have to REALLY up your protein intake. They all drink fairlife protein shakes in the morning to help with the nausea. I have whatever it’s called when you fear getting nauseous, so I’m still scared of trying it even with those recommendations lol.
