I’ve done countless training out there in pamlico. Looks like chaifing flairs. It’s well known for marine corps jet/heli training. Also half of the ocean out there is a “no go zone” if you cross a certain point a jet will buzz you and the coast guard will come give you a fat ticket. I’ve been 100 miles out fishing and a harrier jet buzz us 30ft off the water.
