@paralleluniverse.ae: Some places you can escape from. Some places you were never supposed to survive. WHALeFALL takes survival to an absolutely terrifying new level. Jay Gardiner (Austin Abrams) dives off the coast of California in search of the remains of his late father. What begins as a deeply personal journey quickly becomes a fight for his life when Jay is swallowed whole by a massive sperm whale. Trapped inside the belly of the enormous creature with only one hour of oxygen, Jay has no easy way out and no one coming to save him. Every second counts, and the only path to survival may be through the very thing that trapped him. With his oxygen running out and the pressure mounting, Jay is forced to rely on his instincts and everything his father ever taught him. What follows is a desperate struggle against time, nature, and the terrifying reality of being completely alone in a place where survival seems almost impossible. But beneath the massive survival premise is something much more personal. As Jay fights his way back to the surface, memories of his father and their complicated relationship become an unexpected source of strength. The lessons left behind by someone he lost may be the very thing that keeps him alive. Starring Austin Abrams and Josh Brolin, Whalefall turns the ocean into a nightmare and asks one terrifying question: If you were swallowed alive and had one hour of oxygen left… how would you get out? 🌊🐋 WHALeFALL — a new survival thriller from 20th Century Studios. 🎬 In theaters October 16. 🎟️ Tickets are on sale now. #Whalefall #AustinAbrams #JoshBrolin #Thriller #MovieEdits
