I've never had a tenant with good credit. I've never really looked at credit scores. I look at income, rather or not they have any evictions ,I look for collections and judgments from previous property management companies. call as long as they have the income no evictions and no collections I give the unit to them. This has always worked for me I just had my first eviction ever in the eight years I've been doing this.
