Eva is incredibly lore and story important and also was meant to be the main push of planarcadia, even tho for political reasons that was changed, not to mention there is a much more valid answer for a 4 star elation in Sparxie, who still to this day even with Aha cannot truly compete in any role. Cipher is also incredibly lore important with a broken kit, and there’s no real reason for her to be a 4 star. No one was calling for Hysilens to be a 4 star or even remotely assumed she would be. We knew since the start of amphoreus divergent that she would not be a 4 star and she was going to be the DoT fixer. Her kit is also entirely too broken for DoT to just be a 4 star. Cerydra is the closest it gets but even then, being able to completely double a skill is insane, and Cerydra is one of the most important characters to our victory against irontomb and she was the original flamechaser. Mydei being a 4 star also makes no sense, the dude is HUGE in the narrative for his 2 patches and then has last effects. His kit is for sure the weakest but to call him a 4 star makes no sense. You can’t use narrative relevance and then say mydei isn’t important enough when Anaxa(died in his same patch after being the side character btw) and hyacine(wasn’t even about her in her patch it was a history lesson) exist, or sparxie who was relevant for literally 1 singular patch.

First of all we know that Evanescia was supposed to be the real main push, not Swolf but because of the geopolitical situation involving Japan (Eva has very heavy Japanese themes) they decided to make SilverFlop999 the main push. Second, none of the Chrysos Heirs should be 4 star because they're all equal. Then we have Ashveil. Do I need to explain that? He's one of the most lore heavy characters in Planarcadia and his 4 star version is just literally Moze.

Four stars based on what? Usually people saying “___ should’ve been a four star” entails they’re unremarkable in some way. I don’t play HSR but I know that the number of five stars is triple the number of four stars. Is that why?

id personally put sparxie over Eva as a 4* Elation otherwise from this list Hysilens 5*, CERYDRA being a 4* would be fine I think Hyacine or Tribbie should be a 4* and even tho I love Cipher I agree with her being a 4*, doesn't help that summer Robin has her whole gimmick as e1
