The company needs to invest in a proper machine, end that contract! Whataburger shake machines although cleaned daily is only down for roughly 45mins to an hour and even at that we pump out extra into large cups and save in the freezer in case a customer buys a shake cause here at Whataburger we sell them 24/7 and ya know why? Cause our machines are never down

Things go downhill because there’s no one to clean the insides of the machines and put all the tools back in their proper places; out of the entire staff, there are at most two people who know how to do that. 😬

How many people do you have at night? Cause it’s literally only me and 1 kitchen crew at night so I have the clean restock do the times and set up for breakfast all while getting the fry hopper cleaned and the dishes from kitchen cleaned plus making the ice coffee and sweet tea I couldn’t imagine having to do ice cream too
