@ballers.ball_: Stones will make a great manager one day John Stones has become one of Pep Guardiola’s most tactically trusted players at Manchester City. Originally known mainly as a center-back, Stones developed into a player comfortable stepping into midfield, progressing the ball and understanding multiple positions within Guardiola’s system. Conversations between the two can almost look like coaches discussing tactics rather than a manager simply giving instructions to a player. Stones definitely seems like someone who could stay in football long after his playing career. #johnstones #pepguardiola #guardiola #mancity #manchestercity
