They had my 12 year old running in 105 degrees for soccer practice.. I took him home ! Protect your children! They told me he could not return to soccer if I did that I asked the coach to start running with the children and get his butt off the shade !?

I played basketball in sixth grade and during practice the coach had us all doing sit ups or crunches and went around and bounced the basketball on our stomachs. It knocked the wind out of me. It felt very inappropriate. Not sure if that’s normal but damn.

This should absolutely never happen at practice… my coaching team aggressively made us drink gatorade and we were swimmers inside in new york… your coach should have your back
