Cyclist don't care about sign, rule and regulations and DISMOUNT. Authorities support cycling. ask them how to cyclist account and be responsible for if the crash on someone. They have no insurance coverage, don't need pay for road taxes to share to the maintenance road facilities, don't need a rider license & permit to ride I. group on the road, etc.. Cyclists usually say SORRY when they crash on someone and that's that. Why
