I’m gonna have to disagree, This set has some of the most popular legendaries as chases. Rayquaza cards are consistently very popular and that’s not even including the evee, raikou, groundon and kyogre art rares

Using Phantasmal as example would be saying that it’s most definitely not going to flop. Regular Phantasmal etbs are more expensive than PO CR and PB pkc etbs. And the pkc etb is over 300$.

they didn't put out as much as pitch black. there were a huge amount of people buying 50 or more using bots. after you are in your in. I was on the website at 1030 drop started at 1147 and didn't get in until 120 no etbs were left

Definitely underprinted however this isn’t pitch black/ perfect order or chaos. Ray has some pull and other cards are solid. It shouldn’t be but I’d put it in a tier with mega base. It shouldn’t be because mega base is awesome and very underrated but that’s where it’ll be
