I’ve had Braxton hicks since 24wks 😭 they never hurt though but I also have a high pain tolerance - currently 36wks

i’m a nursing student and i’ve heard this from a LOT of mamas and what they’ve all said i’m walking and eating helps them! small finger foods ❤️

for me it was mostly discomfort pain if that makes sense. like it wasn't excruciating painful but it was definitely enough to make things difficult, i'm 38 weeks tmmrw and ive been having them since like 25 weeks 😭

I can say this bc your head looks completely normal in your other videos… but the way your hair is makes your head look like you have a huge dent in the middle! It’s like an optical illusion. I’m so sorry it’s just so funny since obviously your head is completely NORMAL 😂😭❤️
