I am going through exactly what you are going through. My side effects after a chemo session are so bad, the body and bone ache can only be described for me like Covid on steroids. The pain is so bad each time that we changed the brand of chemo which helped a little and now on my next session which will be my 4th out 6 we are going to lower the dosage. I am on very aggressive chemo so apparently the dosage can be dropped a bit with no issues. ache side effects however seem to be lasting longer after each session😢 I've wanted to quit after each one, but literally just count myself down to the last one. I wish I could say it gets easier, but I won't, I feel we are just out here trying to survive this monster Cancer, too many people try to give words of encouragement, with good intention of course, like don't worry you nearly there, you will feel better soon, sadly they don't really know how bad it is when you are in the chemo side effects, nothing helps not even meds.

I just got that shot yesterday! I’m waiting for the pain to kick in as well! I had chemo Tuesday and next Monday is my extra fluids! I am going thru exactly what you are so I feel you!!! Feel better!!! 💪🏼

I had my third treatment this past Friday and it has been a hard one . I had to take those injections with my Hodgkin’s lymphoma. My counts have been very low they are talking about starting me on the shots .My chemo and immunotherapy causing extreme bone pain . So I am hoping not to have to take the shots . Hang in there praying your pain will go away soon because I know the pain you are in .

Are you taking Claritin every day??? It seriously helps me with the bone pain! I’ve taken it since cycle 1! It builds up in your system! I know it’s hard! I’m one week past cycle 4! It was tough!

My oncologist told me to take Claritin for the bone pain. I started my infusion day and took it for 5 days. I never had bone pain. Definitely didn’t feel good but no bad bone pain.

Sending prayers. You got this i totally understand that bone pain. My 2nd infusion is Monday. I asked for pain pills cuz Claritin did not work for me so I rode it out the 1st time. You will get through this I know you can. 🥰
