I did. Only regret i have was not to realize my mom was a narc early on. She brainwashed me into thinking she has always been the victim. Glad I saw through what she really is.

My parents abandoned me 2 days before my 14th birthday. Been on my own ever since. I didn’t turn into a drug addict or felon. No prison time.. So I’m stable and don’t need anything from anyone and I don’t ask anything from anyone. Just peace with my cat kids.
