i think 1. add melted butter to your crumbs before forming the crust 2. let your cream cheese get to room temperature, then beat it with a fork or mixer until it’s whipped, THEN add in your ingredients and mix in. that should help a whole lot on both ends :)

I think the 1 pie crust Graham cracker was suppose to be the Graham cracker pie crusts you buy in the grocery store. They are premade so you just mix your cream cheese and stuff then dump it in the pie crust 👍🤣

I think the recipe assumes you’re going to buy a graham cracker crust. If you’re going to make one, you have to make a graham cracker crust. Not just crush up graham crackers.

try adding a little more butter to make the crust stick together properly and to thin out your cheesecake batter try mixing in some liquid like milk or heavy cream do it in small intervals to avoid making it to thin
