@Sly: I agree! I am constantly amazed when an employee complains about their job or over shares their personal issues as to why they aren’t doing their job to the best of their abilities. I am a very compassionate person but I was raised to put my “big girl panties” at work!

if it's just the drink (like a tea or something) I just add that amount to the tip. if it's an entree or something, I will let them know.

Yikes. I don’t think we can compare a misdiagnosis to a server leaving something off your bill. Let’s hope if you make a mistake at work your employers and or customers give you grace because we all deserve it 🫶
