So what youre telling me is that God already knew that Lucifer was going to be the worst "evil" against him, created him anyway, AND favored him? Something is missing here...

My daughter went to VBS, I read the first 9 pages of a child’s Bible, it discussed selling a wife or daughter, so the man could live and then I came to the part about 2 daughters giving their dad wine to lay with him to procreate, I was done. There is a reason religion is pushed when young. You don’t question things like you do as an adult

This is what got me to thinking why is God so quiet now? He was always coming to the people in the Bible and telling them to do this and that. But nowadays if someone says that God told them to do the things that was done in the Bible under the direction of God they will more than likely end up in a looney bin or prison! So we are supposed to believe what they say he told them in the Bible. But the unchanging God doesn’t operate that way anymore?!?!

Something that always stuck with me when I went to church is being informed that Mary Magdalene was in fact that Jesus’s companion, and she wrote several books of the Bible that were destroyed. Heart breaking.
