@marybethpolanco94: Baked Ham Recipe: Prepare 1 fully cooked ham, about 2–3 kg, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons orange juice or pineapple juice, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down, and lightly score the surface in a diamond pattern. Mix the brown sugar, honey, mustard, juice, and ground cloves until smooth, then brush about half of the glaze evenly over the ham. Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until heated through. During the last 30 minutes, remove the foil and brush the ham several times with the remaining glaze so the outside becomes glossy and caramelized. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with roasted potatoes, vegetables, bread, or your favorite holiday side dishes.
