@mothershipsg: In response to Mothership's queries, SBS Transit spokesperson Grace Wu said that the incident happened at about 11pm on Sep. 27 at Cove LRT Station on the Punggol East Loop. "We do not take this lightly as it is a matter of public safety and have since lodged a police report for this act of mischief," Wu said. The police confirmed with Mothership that a report was lodged and investigations are ongoing. The individual captured in the footage was part of a group of 5, 4 of whom did not tap in at the fare gates when entering the station, Wu added. SBS Transit is also looking into the fare evasion offence. #mothershipnews
