Nah most iphone batteries make it past 200 cycles before finally start dropping health, mine dropped off from 100% at 245 cycles and i purposely fast charge, no charge limits and i have optimized off and clean energy off.

I literally did this and my 17 pro max got to like 94-95% capacity also even capped at 90% I would see it go over and to like 92-93 at most I also don’t use optimize charging cause I have a always changing schedule

I did this from day 1 with my iPhone 17. Set the charge limit to 80%, never left it on charger over night, never let it drop below 20%. Current maximum capacity is 98% 😑

why not below 20%? so when you aren’t using it above 90 or below 20 you are only taking advantage of 70% of your phones battery which feels counter productive…

What I do is don’t plug in my phone every couple hours or day. I plug it in every second or third day.
