What’s funny is that he automatically say “the car looks suspicious” but they’re suppose to protect and serve. Instead of approaching him as inquire if he’s fine or having car problems etc then maybe say “parking here looks suspicious”. They never see what’s wrong with their approach but know your reaction is “acting crazy” or doing too much”.

Uhh I thought cops couldn’t pull over on “private property” like a parking lot… like for example if a fender bender happen and u call the police they say it’s private property and can’t come out…. I mean I might be confused with a key point that differentiate the situations ..

The officer do have a point in this situation. You are a car parked on considered a street now if you was in a parking spot that’s something different. He has the right to hit his lights while you’re on a street.
