@klkbuilds: Part 1 of installing the uncoupling membrane. Starting in the laundry room! I pre-cut all my pieces first, lightly dampened the floor, then mixed up Schluter ALL-SET a little wetter than I would for setting tile. Drop the membrane in, embed it with a trowel and pull up a corner to make sure you're getting good coverage. | love using uncoupling membrane under my tile. It helps isolate movement in the subfloor from the tile above, helps reduce the chance of cracks transferring through, and gives me a consistent surface to tile over.
