its the same here in iceland except its from geothermal. hot water just comes into houses from huge pipes. and its all year around. you can turn the radiators off when you like, or just open windows. its very cheap

its actually cheaper in the long run to boil water in one place and deliver it (isolated pipes do not lose so much temperature on the way)
