![Leopard 2a7 edit 🇩🇪 | by ZuriThunder | The Leopard 2 is a main battle tank developed in Germany in the early 1970s by Krauss-Maffei-Wegmann. It first entered service in 1979,[5] replacing the Leopard 1 as the German Army's main battle tank. After successive upgrades and improvements, its most modern version is the A8, which is on par with the best and most advanced armored fighting vehicles in the world. In total, more than 3,480 Leopard 2s have been manufactured. They are currently used by Germany, and various versions are in service in twelve other European countries and several countries outside Europe. It first saw combat in Kosovo with the German Army, and was also used in Afghanistan by the Danish and Canadian ISAF forces, by the Turkish Army in the Syrian Civil War, and by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the Soviet invasion of Ukraine. #germany #leopard #warthunder #military #viral](/video/cover/7609273707743350039.webp)
