Well, aren't laws meant to protect people? When you sign a marriage contract, you and your partner agree on certain terms and conditions (like custody and alimony in the Hanafi and old Ja'fari contracts). On what basis can your partner change the agreement to one with radically different terms and conditions, and you can't object? What's the point of the first contract if the man can easily change it to another contract with terms you didn't agree on? Isn't this deception punishable by law in any country? How can it be legalized? I'm going crazy! Isn't this religiously invalid? How can something forbidden be disguised under the guise of religion?! Why does the law only allow the man to change the contract without the wife's knowledge or consent? Why can't the wife change from the Ja'fari to the Hanafi? Why, under the same law, is a nine-year-old girl considered mature enough to bear the responsibility of marriage and be responsible for a second child, a home, and a husband, but at the same age, she's deemed incapable of choosing who to live with? زين هو مو القوانين شرعت لحماية البشر يعني انت من توقع على ورقة مشروع(الزواج) متفقين بهاي الورقة على شروط وأحكام( مثل الحضانة والنفقة بالعقد الحنفي والعقد الجعفري القديم) انت وشريكك على المشروع على اي اساس يكدر شريكك بالمشروع(الزواج) يغير ورقة الاتفاق لورقة بيه شروط وأحكام مختلفة جذرياً عن الورقة الاولى وانت ما تكدر تعترض زين شنو فائدة العقد الأول اذا عادي يكدر الرجل يغيره لعقد ثاني ما متفقين انتي وياه على شروطه هذا مو تحايل ويحاسب عليه القانون عليه باي دولة؟ فشلووون يشرع كقانون؟ شلون راح اتخبل هذا مو باطل شرعاً؟ فشلون يتغطى الحرام تحت غطاء الدين؟! زين ليش القانون يسمح للرجل فقط بتحويل العقد بدون علم او موافقة الزوجة ليش الزوجة ما تكدر من الجعفري تحول للحنفي؟ زين ليش بنفس القانون البنية العمرهة تسع سنوات عادي تكدر تتحمل مسؤولية الزواج وتكون بالغة وواعية بما يكفي بان تحمل مسؤولية طفل ثاني وبيت وزوج بس بنفس العمر هي غير واعية لتختار ويامن تعيش؟ #كلا_للقانون_الجعفري
