If you’re in the Byfleet area, check out Jane Upstairs, it’s a real old school fish n chip restaurant above Superfish. They cook in beef dripping and you can have skin off. My F&C utopia is Chez Fred fish with Molesey Fish Bar chips, this was a happy medium.
