I feel the same way! Just the other day I was having my kids do an Ancestry DNA because they wanted to. A friend of mine asked “what if they kill or rape someone and now they have their DNA?” I said “If they murder or rape someone, then they deserve to be found and punished.” Period.

I knew a guy in HS who had a friend that got robbed and cut up (he had to get 4 feet of stitches) and I just happened to know the ppl who did it (I thought they were just talking shit) so I told my mom and she took me to the police station and I literally ran like 10-15 miles back to my house bc it scared me so bad bc these guys knew where I lived and I just couldn't put myself and my sisters in danger like that. I think about it all the time. You NEVER really KNOW the ppl around you and what they are capable of!!
