hey everyone tattoo artist of nearly 6 years here! -> this was done with an improper needle cartridge (too small, she was using a pmu machine and cartridge which is usually a way smaller gauge than typical tattoo needles; hence why she had to build it up, overworked the skin and caused deep scarring in the process) this is NOT the result of poor aftercare or skin-type. this was just a bad judgement call from the practitioner, she shouldn't have offered or accepted to do a service she was inadequately qualified and prepared for.
