I loved how a “lactose intolerant” friend stayed for a week and drunk what she thought was the lactose free milk out of the milk can…which was straight from the vat…with no processing and yet was suspiciously not sick from it 🤔 🤣

Lactose INTOLERANT people, it means our TOLERANCE varies and we can TOLERATE a certain amount of lactose depending on the person or dairy product

No but why do cafes not offer lactose free light milk as an option? It's all I drink at home but if I order coffee out I have to get almond milk because I can't do the full fat milk even if it's lactose free 🤷 it's annoying 🥲
