@deltecindustries: A PROBLEM IN NORWAY | A SOLUTION MADE AT DELTEC 🇬🇧🇳🇴 A customer in Norway needed something that didn’t exist off the shelf, a bespoke 3½” female to 3½” male square-drive adapter, manufactured to fit precisely between two existing components. And when the fit has to be right, millimetres matter. 📐 DELTEC engineered the solution 🖥️ We produced the CAD model 🖨️ The customer 3D printed a full-size prototype 🔧 They carried out a real-world dry fit in Norway ✏️ One critical dimension was refined ⚙️ Then we machined the real thing here at DELTEC The result? A 296mm-long, one-off engineered adapter, including a 90mm-deep 3½” female drive, manufactured specifically for the customer’s application and now destined for Norway…🇳🇴 From an idea, to a prototype, to a serious lump of metal.
