Macabre Halloween Adults give the same energy as Disney Adults but on the opposite end of the spectrum

Honestly I prefer the non spooky Halloween. It’s gotten so bad over here, I literally have to look away from some homes that I have to pass by every day because their decor is just so gruesome or triggering to me (I lost my son a few years ago and makes me think of him in that state). It’s not pleasant and I really miss the 90’s Halloween days.

I like the cute spooky stuff, but the horror stuff is awful. The amount of ouija boards I’ve seen as decor is terrifying.

As an American this is the type of Halloween stuff I like, my house is decorated very cute and kid friendly, I don’t like the gruesome stuff at all, now I want to shop for Halloween in the UK.😂

This is literally what every grocery store Halloween section looks like in America. The spooky demonic stuff is in the stores dedicated to selling scary stuff- Spirit Halloween.

I’m confused this just looks like Walgreens or cvs or any grocery store in the USA 💀💀you only find dead bodies and nasty stuff if you purposely go to spirit Halloween for that stuff 💀like what are you on about

My kids are terrified of Halloween in the us. My daughter is terrified to go into stores during the fall. She will literally shake and cry while hiding in our shoulder💔 I personally detest it as well.

We go so mid for Halloween it’s so disappointing because there’s so many historical connections and stories to Halloween, UK land is full of spooky whimsical magic :/

I think in the UK the market for Halloween is either children or young adults making the home cosy and cutesy. America goes nuts! 🤣

As an American I kinda like this. It gives 90s/early 2000s Halloween vibes. Sometimes more is not always better it can get overwhelming.
