African women especially Akan women in Ghana were very liberated than European women until colonisation. When European women property were ceded to husbands after marriage, an Asante woman could own their own property in their name during and after marriage. They did not need permission of their fathers to marry or divorce etc

Black women are the ancient Jewish women ( Africans). When the Babylonians invaded Jerusalem, they were captured and taken to Babylon. They were raped and sold into slavery like their husbands who were Black Jewish men. Only blacks suffered slavery because they followed the ways of the Babylonians.

I don't believe today's women are dumb according to your videos.. Today's women are educated, independent and informed! They chose peace, instead of being a door mat or someone's tail.. l chose God and holiness! it's enough..

You’re presenting your family’s experience as though it is the universal blueprint for Black womanhood, and it isn’t. Your mother’s choices are valid, but they don’t make every woman who chooses differently “dumb,” “delusional” or “whitewashed.” And honestly, the accusation of “whitewashing” feels particularly ironic when so much of your own content after scrolling through appears to centre white-versus-Black comparisons and criticism of Black people. If anything, that makes the projection you’re placing on other Black women worth questioning. Tradition should be examined, not worshipped. Africa has beautiful and valuable traditions, but it has also had practices that harmed women and girls, including female genital mutilation. Many who have experienced that kind of trauma, being told to simply honour “tradition” is deeply reductive. Rejecting harmful practices is not rejecting African identity. A Black woman can respect men without submitting to them, value African culture without accepting every gender expectation attached to it, and choose autonomy without aspiring to whiteness. Your experience explains your perspective. It does not give you the authority to define womanhood for everyone else.
