Thomas Martin pleaded guilty to two counts of blackmail, disclosing private sexual photographs with intent to cause distress, and three counts of making indecent photographs of children. On 15 October 2021, the judge at Winchester Crown Court removed Thomas Martin from the community, sentencing him to two years in immediate custody. The court further implemented a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
