as an audhd person, sound for me is complicated. I need noise going on at all times, but the volume of the noise varies heavily. I need noise to sleep but if it's too loud I can't sleep, and it can't be coming from a different room because that just upsets me. I flip flop between needing noise when I'm writing and absolutely hating it. When I'm reading there needs to be noise but it has to be so quiet I can barely hear it or else I'll be unable to focus and get stuck reading the same sentence over and over until I get frustrated.

And when I do both??? 😭😩 new hobby every week and same interest for over 15+years. Doesn’t understand why people are here and IMVITE EVERYONE! I make an itinerary and then I go off of it for the novelty 😅 I need silence and then I also need background noise. However, I can’t seem to find full silence anywhere… I’ve been trying. No luck.

AUDHD here, it has to be silent while I have my music on but if the music stops it better be loud, but not just noise has to be like fans but lights are also to loud so lights have to be off unless they are old-school lights that are yellow
