Just Appel it and you can win all that back pay. I did that to mine and won. The job didn’t show to the hearing at all and they lied on me. Had a call with the referee told them what happened and got paid the next day .

Just started a job as a rehire two weeks ago with them accepting the part-time hours of my choosing. I don't have the same benefits or hour break time as the full-time employees, only have 15 minutes. I got reprimanded yesterday because the walk to the gas station right next store to get something to snack on and back takes up that time. I clock back in, sit for five to 10 to eat the little bit I got and return to work...the little bit of work that's available. "We don't pay you to eat." I'm not an incompetent individual nor do I have an attendance problem. My entire work ethic speaks for itself. I left yesterday on my break and sent an email that I wasn't going to apologize for the extra 10 that I needed to eat, wouldn't be returning; and being that I'm in my second trimester, wanted to stay as long as I could but best I just step away now. You're not about to bully me into oblivion and make me miserable for the extra 10 minutes I need for myself.

Got mine without issues, hoops or problems. If you try to play unemployment you will get caught up with new changes, if your unemployment is legit eligible it’s no more difficult 🙄.

I don’t even bother when my last job mailed me the letter of approval of unemployment and when I filed they told me I wasn’t eligible I’m like how I didn’t trip I kept it pushing I don’t have time to waste time
