1. Pretty obvious 2. Patrasche is a noble blood ground dragon. She's probably related to volcanica in one way 3. Louis earlier in the season split her authority in half. The first half that stayed in the corridor of memories ate the other half that went outside and together she lost her memories which is probably why she got kicked out 4. 1. More ambiguous red herring. We won’t know the answer until the very final arc of the story. 2. Same thing here. Volcanica knowing Patrasche by name is another possible red herring by Tappei giving evidence that Flugel = Subaru might be real. But again we don’t know. What we do know is that Flugel MUST have named her because Shaula uses English and Subaru questions how she knows English phrases. English doesn’t exist in the ReZero world (think back to Roswal asking if he used the word “smart” correctly in arc 4). Also the name Patrasche comes from the story A Dog of Flanders where the main character takes in a dog and names her Patrasche. Once again this means Flugel named her using the same knowledge Subaru has. 3. Never explains it but my headcanon is that Rui technically gained a physical body by making her copy go into the real world attached to Subaru. Thus she was forced out after the original Rui ate her copy and had her psyche fracture again because only Subaru can withstand the burden of RBD. 4. Lye right before he died dumped literally everything he ate. All memories and names. Then Ram killed him. So he released Emilia’s name he ate and it was returned to her. This means he also released Rem’s name, but not her memories. Which means her memories died with his death, unless the Gluttony trio is able to transfer names and memories with each other and the implication is they can because Rui using “we” means she has different memories. And the only way for this to be possible is for the two brothers to be able to send her memories and names they’ve consumed. Also Lye and Roy know about RBD and it’s clear through their dialogue (more so in the novel), which means it’s possible for them to do this. Side note this means Reid kept killing Subaru in every loop because him taking control over Roy’s body meant he then knew about RBD and was trying to encourage Subaru

1. They have matching physiology, for unknown reasons at the time. 2. Patrasche is the name Subaru chose, based on his favorite pet movie “A dog of Flanders”, flugel also knew some German as Subaru did, likely named his earth dragon the same thing. 3. This one isnt confirmed, but it’s mentioned that after Louis appeared the green room spirit disappeared, she likely manifested herself using rhe spirit. 4. Recently tappei said that there is an explanation that will come up later for why Emilia was remembered whilst Julius and rem wasn’t, so this will probably get explained as well.

Just my opinion. 1. Emilia is a split of satella's soul which reincarnated 2. The earth dragon might be older than we think or perhaps volcania saw the 'previous' patrasche a.k.a the previous one died and reincarnated 3. Destruction of the sage tower which released louis 4.Lye ate rems memories so after he was killed she woke up but the memories eaten weren't returned but roy later was forced to give back the memories he had eaten or something blah blah blah

for that first question, i’d say a reasonable answer/ theory is that Emilia is already paralleled to be like Satella, she’s shown to be hated and resented by people for being a half elf just like Satella so maybe that handprint thing is also another subtle cue reinforcing the similarities between Emilia and Satella?

1+2 are mysteries, 3 Rui took the spirit of the green room so that’s what happend and she got a physical body, 4 lye died so with that her coma dissapeared, the coma is caused by lyes authority trapping rem in a coma, so even if she doesn’t have her name or memories back the authority keeping her in a coma dissapeared.

my personal theory when I saw episode 19 regarding patrasche is that maybe she was close with Satella and possibly hundreds of years old? and Subaru’s scent is the reason why she took such a liking to him because she could smell Satella on him
